VinWonders and the Safari at a glance
VinWonders is a theme park with themed zones and a water park. The Vinpearl Safari is a separate park with animals, in the Bai Dai and Ganh Dau area in the northwest of the island. Each has its own entrance, its own ticket and its own opening hours. A combination ticket is a third product, not the default. This is an independent guide, not the website of either park.
Prices below are in Vietnamese dong (VND) and apply to 2026. Child prices depend on height, not age.

The operator's pages do not agree on every number. A January 2026 notice announced VND 850,000 (adult) and VND 650,000 (child) for the Safari from 7 January 2026, and the two combination prices above come from that same notice. A price page from December 2025 and the October 2026 deals page show VND 950,000 and VND 710,000. Another operator article lists VinWonders at VND 950,000 and VND 710,000 with a 10:00 opening. The VinWonders figures above come from the operator's 2026 price table. Confirm them at the ticket counter or on the ticket page before you plan a budget.
Tickets are sold at the counters and online. No general requirement to book online in advance applies, but buying ahead saves time on busy days.

Opening hours by zone
The park's gate hours are not the hours of every attraction. Plan around the zone you care about.
| Area | Hours | Note |
|---|---|---|
| VinWonders park | 09:00 to 19:30 | Daily. One operator article gives 10:00 as the start. |
| Fantasy World and Adventure World | 10:00 to 18:00 | Zone hours |
| Typhoon World water park | 10:00 to 17:30 | Closes before the park |
| Sea Shell | 10:00 to 18:00 | Zone hours |
| Vinpearl Safari | 08:30 or 09:00 to 16:00 | Operator articles give both starts, so arrive early. |
| Night Safari | 19:40 to 21:30 | Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday |
Hours can change, so check before you go. Fastpass, buggy or buffet add-ons are sold separately and are not included in a plain entrance ticket.
Phu Quoc Safari
The Vinpearl Safari is the island's safari park. Its daytime ticket and the Night Safari are separate products. The Night Safari is not a daily extension of the normal entrance, and it runs on four days a week only. The daytime park closes at 16:00, which makes the Safari the first stop of a two-park day and not the last.
The park's visitor map has asked guests not to enter enclosures or staff areas, not to climb fences and not to tease animals. Feeding is allowed only at marked points, with park food and with staff present. The same map advised that children under 14 be accompanied. This is older information, so follow the current signs and the instructions of the staff on site.
Planning a day
Four points that decide how the day goes.
Start with the Safari
It opens at 08:30 or 09:00 and closes at 16:00. Go in the morning and use the later hours of VinWonders for the second half of the day.
Check the distance between the parks
A one-day combination ticket exists, but allow travel time between the two sites before you commit to both in one day.
Water park before 17:30
Typhoon World closes at 17:30, earlier than the gate. Put the slides in the afternoon and keep the evening for the dry zones.
Watch the weather
May to October is the wetter half of the year. See our Phu Quoc weather page for the monthly rainfall.
Getting to the parks
The airport's own transport guide estimates a ride-hailing fare of VND 150,000 to 220,000 to Duong Dong in 20 to 25 minutes, and VND 200,000 to 250,000 to An Thoi in 25 to 30 minutes. These are estimates that vary with demand and car type. Ask your driver or hotel for the fare to the park entrance you need. Hotel shuttles may be free or paid, so arrange them in advance.
VinBus lines 17 (airport to Grand World), 19 (InterContinental, airport, Grand World) and 20 (Grand World to Bai Vong port) are the operator's own routes. VinWonders articles say that showing a VinWonders, Safari or Grand World ticket for a QR check gets you a free ride, and one English article advertises free rides in general. A route map shows VND 50,000 for lines 17 and 19. Do not count on a free ride without a ticket, and check the fare when you board.
